Tongva Songs: We Are Here (Ekwa Chem) is the debut album of the Gabrieleno San Gabriel Band of Mission Indians, bringing together Tongva language, traditional songs, spoken word, and contemporary musical settings. Featuring the voices of Tribal members alongside Indigenous and non-Indigenous collaborators, the album celebrates cultural continuity while carrying Tongva songs and language forward for future generations.
